1. Introduction
​
Welcome to Advanced Cleaning Solutions (“the Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
By booking a service with us, you (“the Client”) agree to these Terms & Conditions. These terms form the agreement between the Client and Advanced Cleaning Solutions.
Advanced Cleaning Solutions operates as a professional cleaning company. All cleaning services are carried out directly by our employed cleaning staff engaged under zero-hours employment contracts and managed by the Company.

2. Services Provided
​
We offer the following services:
• Domestic Cleaning
• Commercial Cleaning
• Deep Cleaning
• End of Tenancy Cleaning
All services are provided on an hourly basis unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Service Limitations
​
• Cleaning products and equipment must be provided by the Client unless otherwise agreed.
• We do not provide specialist cleaning (including but not limited to biohazard, hoarding, pest control, or crime scene cleaning).
• We do not move heavy furniture or appliances.
• We reserve the right to refuse work deemed unsafe.

3. Booking & Confirmation
​
• Bookings may be made by phone, email, website, or social media.
• All bookings are subject to confirmation by us.
• We reserve the right to decline or cancel bookings at our discretion.

4. Pricing
​
• Our standard rate is £25 per hour.
• A minimum booking time may apply.
• The total cost depends on the number of hours worked.
• Any additional time required will be charged at the agreed hourly rate.

5. Payment Terms
​
5.1 First Clean
​
The first clean will be invoiced after completion and must be paid within the stated invoice terms.
​
5.2 Regular Cleaning Clients
​
Clients wishing to continue on a regular weekly or fortnightly basis agree to the following:
• Regular clients are invoiced monthly in advance.
• Invoices are issued on the 1st of each calendar month.
• Payment must be received before the first scheduled clean of that month.
• The invoice covers all scheduled cleans within that calendar month.
• If a month includes an additional scheduled clean (e.g., five weekly cleans), this will be reflected in that month’s invoice.
• Failure to make payment may result in suspension of services.
All payments are made directly to Advanced Cleaning Solutions.
6. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.
• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged in full.
• If we are unable to attend a scheduled clean, we will rearrange the appointment.

7. Access to Property
​
The Client agrees to:
• Provide safe and unobstructed access to the property
• Ensure utilities (water, electricity) are available
• Secure pets where necessary
• Provide clear instructions where required
If we are unable to access the property at the scheduled time, the full charge may apply.

8. Cleaners & Employment Status
​
• All cleaners are employees of Advanced Cleaning Solutions.
• Cleaners are engaged under zero-hours employment contracts.
• Cleaners are paid via PAYE payroll by the Company.
• Cleaners are covered by our Public Liability and Employers’ Liability Insurance.
• Background checks (including DBS where appropriate) are conducted.
Cleaners are not self-employed subcontractors and are not directly contracted by the Client,

9. Non-Solicitation of Staff
​
Clients agree not to directly employ, engage, or offer private work to any employee introduced by Advanced Cleaning Solutions during the period of service and for 6 months following termination.
If a Client breaches this clause, a fee equivalent to 3 months of average service value may become payable.

10. Liability & Insurance
​
• We hold Public Liability Insurance.
• We hold Employers’ Liability Insurance as required by UK law.
• Any damage must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.
• We are not liable for pre-existing damage or fair wear and tear.
• We are not responsible for items not secured or declared fragile.
Liability is limited to the value of the service provided.

11. Complaints & Satisfaction
​
• Complaints must be made in writing within 24 hours of service completion.
• We will investigate and, where appropriate, offer a re-clean.
• Refunds are not guaranteed and are issued at our discretion.

12. Data Protection
​
• Client information is stored securely.
• We comply with UK GDPR regulations.
• Information is used solely for service administration and communication.
• Clients may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.

​
13. Termination
​
• Either party may terminate regular services with 7 days’ written notice.
• Any outstanding balances must be paid in full.
• Prepaid amounts for unused cleans will be adjusted accordingly.

​
14. Changes to Terms
​
We reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most recent version will apply to future bookings.
