Snagging, Detailing and Finishing

We have also introduced, following demand by our clients, a comprehensive snagging, detailing and finishing service.

We will identify any damage and defects in the building (excluding structural). This can prove to be invaluable in aiding developers and contractors to counter charge the relevant tradespersons.

In order to ease the burden that snagging creates, and free up valuable time for you the client, we are proud to offer our full snagging package.

We employ a skilled team of experienced tradespersons who will competently carry out an extensive range of tasks from the client's master snagging list. This has in the past included prepping, painting, mastic joints, specialist paint spray finishing, tiling & grouting, door hanging and adjustments, modifications to fixtures and fittings and numerous other snagging tasks. We also have at our disposal a fully qualified electrician and plumber/gas service engineer, and an engineering company who are able to fabricate just about anything e.g. floor mounted socket boxes, trunking boxes, anti sway bracing.
