Pre/Post Tenancy & Property Sale Deep Clean
ACS are proud to offer our pre/post tenancy cleaning service to all estate/letting agents and landlords across the South coast of England, including central London and the surrounding boroughs. We are also able to offer this service pre/post sale of a property. All cleaning is carried out by dedicated mobile teams of cleaning operatives with vast experience in thorough deep cleaning. The teams are equipped with all the necessary chemicals, tools and equipment.
We understand the importance for you of presenting your properties in good clean order and can also carry out inventory checks at the same time if needed. We have created a checklist to meet the necessary cleanliness standards required by major letting companies which our staff work to at all times.
Book this service with us and you can rest assured that every square inch of your property will be professionally cleaned. Our team will clean all kitchen appliances, bathrooms, paintwork and woodwork and all internal windows according to the checklist below.
Kitchen
- Wash & polish all work surfaces
- Clean all cupboards & drawers inside & out, removing all rubbish & debris
- Clean sink & taps, removing limescale & polish where required
- Wall tiles to be degreased, cleaned & polished
- Clean oven internally to remove built up grease, & clean & polish exterior
- Clean extractor, removing any grime
- Clean fridge/freezer internally, removing all grime, mildew & food
- Clean washing machine inside & out, including door rubber and soap drawer
- Clean dishwasher inside & out
- Clean exterior of all appliances including kettle, toaster & microwave inside & out
- Bins to be cleaned inside & out
Bathroom
- Toilets to be de-scaled & disinfected
- Baths, basins & showers, including taps & fittings to be cleaned, de-scaled & polished
- Shower screen to be de-scaled, cleaned & polished
- Wall tiles to be de-scaled, cleaned & polished
- Mirrors to cleaned & polished
- Floors to be washed & polished (all carpets hoovered)
General & bedrooms
- Dusting, cleaning & polishing throughout, including all fixtures & fittings ie furniture, light switches & fittings, sockets, skirting, curtain rails, pictures, mirrors, fire places, radiators
- All carpets vacuumed and hard surfaces mopped
- Internal windows, sills & frames to be cleaned
- Doors & frames to be cleaned including door furniture
- All drawers & shelves to be cleared of rubbish & cleaned
- Upholstery to be vacuumed
- Mattresses to be lifted & beds vacuumed
- Bedroom furniture & storage cleaned inside & out
External window cleaning: reach and wash or high access, is not included but can be provided for an additional cost. Dry carpet and upholstery cleaning is not included but can also be provided for an additional cost.
